Who is eligible to own a Bella Montaña home?
Cal Poly faculty and staff, including full-time and part-time employees of Cal Poly Corporation and ASI, are eligible to explore the benefits of owning a home at Bella Montaña.
New employees may apply to purchase a Bella Montaña home with a written offer of campus employment, but must have a fully executed employment contract by close of escrow.
