Bella Montaña is brought to you by people who know and love San Luis Obispo. Cal Poly Housing Corporation partnered with the following local professionals to create a community unlike any in the region.

LGA: Leonard Grant, Architect

Architect Leonard Grant grew up in San Luis Obispo after moving to the area in 1966. He established his successful full service architecture firm in 1997. LGA's staff includes ten Cal Poly graduates. Design of Bella Montaña was driven by the firm's dedication to embracing and enhancing "the SLO life."

BDC Development Corporation, Inc.

This family-owned Pismo Beach building and development firm has long ties to the Central Coast. The company was established in 1971 and is now operated by brothers Eron and Jeff Loughead. In addition to Bella Montaña, BDC's quality craftsmanship and attention to detail are seen in projects such as the luxurious Dolphin Bay Hotel and Spa, Kingfisher Canyon homes in Avila Beach, and various commercial and mixed-use developments.

Michael and Linda Wilson have been involved in many community projects since first moving to San Luis Obispo in 1988. The couple started their thriving Central Coast real estate company in 1997.
